Christmas day

Our Christmas morning started promptly at 7:00...which is the time we told the boys they had to wait until. Travis yelled up to us at exactly 7 wanting to know if they could come up. We woke up Landon and then the festivities began.
The tree Christmas morning.

One of the things Carson asked for for Christmas was to have his deer mouted. I was not so excited about having antlers handing in my house, but I guess Santa didn't listen. He was pretty excited though!

After we had opened gifts, we had breakfast casserole for breakfast and the kids played with their new gifts until it was time to head to grandma Asay's house for Christmas lunch.
After Christmas exploring of gifts.

At grandma Asay's, we opened gifts, had lunch, visited and then made homemade blueberry yogurt for dessert.

Yay for binoculars! Travis already has big plans to use them for coyote hunting.

The grandkids at lunch. We were just missing William who didn't come until later.
Landon and I hanging out after lunch.

When the frozen yogurt was done and eaten, we headed to Powell. We opened gifts, played with things, ate leftovers and played telestrations.

Sloane absolutely LOVES Landon! Next to her mom, he might be her favorite person. She always gives him hugs and wants to be right next to him all the time. It's the cutest!!

Carson was so surprised to open up a Nintendo switch!

Slip on shoes for my child that hates to tie his shoes...

Christmas chaos!
We are so thankful for this time of year when we celebrate their birth and life of our Savior! I'm thankful that we have so much family around to celebrate and enjoy during the holidays.

Christian usually takes the day after Christmas off so that we can spend the day together as a family enjoying the things we got for Christmas. He wasn't able to this year, and Landon wasn't feeling well (he started feeling yucky at grandma Foulger's house Christmas night with a headache and fever), so we really enjoyed stayed in our pj's all day and just being at home.
