Rain gutter Regatta

Wednesday for scouts, they had boat races in their annual Rain gutter Regatta. Each boy had to come with a boat made out of a vegetable of some sorts. After a few experiments with different vegetables from the garden, we found that half a green pepper worked the best. Our first try was with a banana pepper and it just filled up with water while we were testing it out, so then we went to the pepper. It actually was a really good system and floated well.

Go! Luckily, it wasn't too hot so the boys didn't pass out from all the blowing they had to do!
