Christmas Day

The two older boys were up and ready to go at 7:00. I'm not sure how early they actually had gotten up, but we had told them we could start at 7 and they were waiting patiently in Carson's room for us to come get them. We had to wake Landon up so we could start since we had church at 9:30. The boys got some fun things from Santa! They will have lots to play with the rest of the Christmas break.

All three boys got head phones to use on the airplane when we fly to Hawaii. Landon LOVED his and walked around for 2 days with them on listening to music.

Carson and Travis both got kindles for our trip. They have had fun picking out books and games to put on them.

Carson has been wanting a science kit for a while and Santa finally listened and got him one.

After we were done opening presents, we had some cinnamon rolls from Grandma Asay and then hurried to get to church so that we could get a seat. We only had sacrament meeting and it was beautiful! It was just under an hour long and was full of music and the spirit. I loved having Christmas on Sunday!

 After church, we came home and changed our clothes and hung out for a bit before we headed to Grandpa and Grandma Asay's house. We had the traditional ham dinner and it was yummy. When most everyone was there (we were missing Michael and his family), we opened gifts.

Jared got Christian a really cool canvas gallery of a fish he caught this fall. It's really neat and is pretty much true to life size!

Travis and Carson both got walkie talkies from grandpa and grandma.

 After hanging out for a while, we make our way to Powell to celebrate with Grandpa and Grandma Foulger and Jason and Cassie.

Carson got a big surprise when he opened a large box to see if full of star wars lego kits! He definitely has his work cut out for him over the break! All he ever told grandma he wanted was legos, so that's what he got!

 After opening gifts, we had some left over dinner and sat around talking. Before we knew it, it was 9:00 and we decided to head home. Christian had Monday off, and it was nice to just stay at home and enjoy all our Christmas gifts. We had a wonderful Christmas day spent with all of our family!
