Today Carson celebrated his 11th birthday! I can't believe he's that old already. Carson is one of the kindest people I know. He is always willing to help others, he's compassionate, and easy going. He has a tender heart and is a good friend to others. We are so blessed to have him in our home! At 11, Carson:
* loves, loves, loves Legos
*isn't a fan of cake with frosting, which is why he always asks for Death by chocolate for his birthday
*likes the Seattle Seahawks
*loves reading Diary of a Wimpy Kid books
*likes being with his friends
*chores include clearing the table, garage duty, cleaning his room and what ever else is asked of him
*wears the same size of shoe I do and is only a few inches shorter than me!
*is a t-shirt and jeans kind of kid
*loves to watch movies
*favorite candy bar is a twix
To begin his birthday, we had the traditional pancakes in the shape of an 11 and he got to open his new shirt.
Landon and I then picked him up for lunch of his choice (which is only like 3 choices) at Minchows. He ordered 3 tacos and ate them all!
Knowing that we were going to be gone the whole weekend before, we decided to just have family over for birthday dessert. Carson requested death by chocolate. Grandma Foulger brought some pastries in the shape of a wreath and we had ice cream also. He got some great gifts like legos, a bow and arrow, a new water jug to replace his old one that broke, money (which he is excited to spend), and clothes!
| Blowing out his candels...again and again...we tricked him and put relighting candles on his cake! |
