Grandpa's 80th!

 Saturday after the parade, we grabbed some lunch and then headed over to Powell for my grandpa's surprise 80th birthday party. Almost all of my dad's family was there to celebrate! We were just missing 4 of my cousins (1 that is on a mission and 3 that couldn't get away from work). They had an open house for friends and community members from 2-4 and then at 5 we had a big  family picture and then a dinner buffet. It was so fun to celebrate my grandpa's birthday together with most of our family...lots I hadn't see since we were all together in Hawaii 6 years ago! We spent the afternoon/evening eating, visiting and laughing! We headed home around 9. Around10:30 or so, Megan and Jabin showed up at our house to play cards. We ended up playing until 3 a.m.! It was fun to laugh until we cried (mostly because it was too late...).
