UPdate!

I have been a looser blogger lately. It seems that we haven't been up to much due to being sick. I think (fingers crossed) that we are all finally on the mend! Here are some things we have caught with our phone cameras recently!

We went to dinner at  a new pizza place in Cody with grandpa and grandma Foulger. The pizza was really good and the kids LOVED the arcade games that they were able to get tickets at and then turn in for prizes.
We made a trip to Billings this weekend to purchase a tub and a few other things for our basement project. We borrowed my dad's truck to make the trip and apparently, tub shopping is hard on little boys! All three fell asleep on the way home. Not having a tv in the truck may have had something to do with it too!

A few weeks ago, the elementary school had breakfast with buddies. We got to visit each of the boys classrooms and have muffins and juice and read books. Christian was out of town and we missed having him there with us.

The last week of February, the Co-op did their annual customer appreciation luncheon in each of their locations. We went over to Powell when they had theirs and had lunch with Christian. This year, his job was to hand out chips and he did a pretty good job.

The boys got to help grandpa Asay bottle feed a calf one night after school. It was pretty dark and cold, but they enjoyed it!
This Saturday, we went to an 80th birthday party for Christian's grandpa Monk. We met at his uncle Dave's house for pie and ice cream and family fun.
Grandpa Monk and his girls: Diane, Jan, Renee and Sherie (sister-in-law)

With the grandkids that were there: Christian and Charlie, Matthew, Grandpa Monk, Lauren and Peyton.

And with most of the great grandkids!

Christian's mom and grandpa!

Our whole group! Not too bad of a picture for just taking a video and then cutting it down for a picture!

They had a movie from some time in the 1960's of Christian's grandpa and some of his friends that we watched.
Watching the old movie.
Carson and Peyton playing marbles. These two became pretty good friends last summer when we went to Bear Lake together. I'm so glad that they are friends even though they don't get to see each other very often.

One week at school, they had Dr. Seuss day at school and could dress up like a Dr. Seuss character. Carson and Travis decided to go as thing 1 and thing 2. They were really excited to get to go to school with blue hair that day!

  1. That will be a timeless generations photo you got. Love Thing one and two. We had a Dr. Suess week but nothing near as cool..only things like silly sock day and pajama day.
