Travis has always had a great imagination. Actually, all my boys have. Yesterday, Travis came to me and said he wanted to go play hockey outside on the ice. There is an area by our neighbor's house that always has a huge puddle when it rains or the snow melts. Our family has started calling it lake Crosby. It's been pretty cold the last week, so the giant puddle has frozen and the kids like to play on it.The day before, he was playing on it after school, slipped and hit his head on the ice so I was surprised when he wanted to go back and play on it. He informed me that he was going to play hockey and would have a helmet on so he wouldn't hurt his head again. I got busy cleaning the kitchen so I didn't see him leave the house and when I looked out the window, I couldn't help but chuckle at him and his attire. He had on his tennis shoes, baseball pants, Landon's leather work gloves, and his football jersey and helmet. He had found his hockey stick he got for his birthday and was using a plastic orange from our play food box as a hockey puck! It was funny to watch him play "hockey" by himself for quite a while!

Landon finished up his mom and tot tumble class this Friday. He had lots of fun going and running around and doing the different stations. His cousins Paige and Chloe did it with him too. It will be fun to do it again after the new year.

One funny thing about Landon is that he is scared of heights. It freaks him out to but on top of under passes on the interstate, to be thrown in the air, etc... One of the the things they got to do was swing from the high bar. The first time they were to try it, he refused because it was too tall! By the last day, we was a pro and it didn't see to bother him one bit. I'm happy he was able to over come a fear a little bit!

| Speaking of good imaginations, Landon was dressing the part as he played with his farm animals the other day. I love watching/listening to him play! |
The ladies that Christian works with in his office have picked up on how much of a grinch Christian is about Christmas. They have been doing several funny jokes on him to try and get him in the Christmas spirit. One day, he went to drive home and found that they had wired a huge gold bow to his truck. He drove around for a few days with it on and then retired it to the garage.
