Tuesday, my mom came over so we could bake Christmas candies. I love this tradition and I'm so glad that I live close and get to do it with her! In fact, one day last week, Carson came to me and asked: "Um, mom? Are you and grandma going to make Christmas candy this year because it's something I really like?!" It was fun to see that this is something they like too and look forward to every year!

Since I didn't have time Tuesday night to get the plates all ready, I put them together while Landon was napping so they would be all ready to be delivered when they boys got home from school.

It took about two hours to assemble everything and this was the end result!

All 20 (+1 we delivered last night) ready to be delivered. I met the boys at the door after they got off the bus and started handing them plates to take to our neighbors. They were great sports and this is the first year that we have been able to deliver ALL of them on the same day! I'd say it was a success (and there was even a little bit left for us to try)!
