Two year check-up

Well, the Dr. just confirmed it.  My baby is growing up on me. We had Landon's two year well child check up and he is growing! At two years old, Landon is:

height: 33 inches

weight: 28 pounds

He is the funniest little guy. He has a pretty good vocabulary and continues to pick up new words every day. He loves to mimic whatever his brothers say. My favorite is when he wakes up and says hi or when he calls out "brother" to his brothers. He loves cows and horses. He spends most of his day playing with cows, horses and trailers or riding on a stick horse or his rocking horse. Landon also has a love for salsa! I don't know too many two years olds that know what salsa is and ask for it. He also really likes hot dogs and is known to down three of them at a meal! He will try just about any type of food and usually likes them. He it totally intrigued by his older brothers and isn't afraid to try what they are doing. He always volunteers to say the prayer by saying, "I do" and immediately puts his arm up to his mouth to pray. Every night before bed, Christian asks him the same brain washed questions (but they melt my heart to hear) before he puts him down in his bed at night.

Christian: "Who do you love?'

Landon: "Dad"

Christian: "Who's beautiful?"

Landon: "Mom."

Christian: "Who has stinky feet?"

Landon: "Feet"...as he picks up his feet." It's so cute to hear!

We love this little guy to pieces!

The day of his birthday, we went outside and took some pictures of the birthday boy down by the pond.

He had to show me his skills!

...which resulted with him being bucked off!

of course while we were down at the pond, we had to throw rocks. He was pretty proud of the big rock he found to throw.

Once the ducks heard the splashes from the rocks, they made their way over to see if there was any food being thrown.
