Caribbean cruising! (part 1)

Christian and I just got back late Saturday night from a nine day vacation. We got to go on a seven day cruise to the Caribbean with my family. Our trip began when we left Thursday night and stayed the night in Billings. We left the boys in the care of Christian's mom and dad and a couple of his brothers and are ever so grateful for all their help! Our flight was at 7:30 Friday morning and instead of leaving here at 4:30, we opted to stay the night. We flew from Billings to Denver and then on to Fort Lauderdale, Florida where we spent Friday night. That night, we met up with the rest of the Foulger clan that was going, ate some dinner and played some cards.

Saturday, we had a little time before we had to be to their pier to board our ship and it's a good thing we did because I discovered that my make up didn't make the transfer from our over night bag in Billings to my suitcase for the cruise! So we made a mad dash on foot to the nearest Kmart, that has to have the worst/slowest service in the world, to get some make up before we had to leave! Around noon, we loaded our ship, The Oasis of the Seas! It's currently the largest cruise ship out there and it was certainly amazing what all they had on it! It felt like we were on a floating city! We made ourselves at home in our room, bought our $50 refillable drink cups, and then went exploring the ship.
