Christmas break begins!

The kids got out of school for Christmas break on the 22nd. As soon as school was out, Carson and Travis left for a temple trip. They were able to go and do baptisms and then have lunch togehter as a ward. It was so fun to see so many youth together at the temple!

After lunch, they were encouraged to go and do some service or find ways to strengthen relationships in their quorums or classes. The car that Carson went in went to a big Christmas lighted area and walked around.

Travis's group went and did some service around stores in Billings before coming home.

I love that our youth got to kick off their Christmas break serving in the temple and others in the community! The next day, my group of friends got together for breakfast at one of the restaurants in town and then did a favorite things exchange. It was fun to see some of my friends favorite things, visit and laugh. December is always so hard to get together, so breakfast was the only way we could get together. It was fun and I think something we will continue to do in the future.
