Witch's Tea

Renee put on the cutest Witch's Tea again this year for all the sister in laws and nieces. She always has it decorated so cute and has fun things for the girls to do. We started the night out with some spooky treats and herbal teas. I made a spider bread bowl to hold dip with veggies all around it. It turned out way better than I expected!

As I was trying to rearrange foot on the table so there was enough room for everyone's treats, I caught my witch's hat on fire! I was moving stuff around, oblivious to the lit candles to my left, looked up and the netting around my face was on fire! I calmly blew it out, and was so glad that it was only the netting and not my hair that caught on fire! I was sad to see that there was a big hole in the netting after I blew out the fire!

When dinner was over, we played a charades game, a tag game and Renee and Grandma Asay told some spooky stories. The little girls continued to play while we helped pick up.

It was fun to be together as girls and to get to dress up and have some fun!
