Here are some catch up things...
We had a family home evening lesson on being thankful and put together our thankful tree. It's fun to see what things change from year to year and what things stay the same. One thing I know is that we have lots of things to be thankful for!
Christian and some of his co-workers were talking about weird fruits they had eaten one day at lunch. Christian brought up Jack fruit, a fruit he ate on his mission. One of the guys there told him that you can buy it at a grocery store in Cody. Ever since then, he has wanted to go and get one. We finally made it there a couple of weekends ago before a wrestling meet. He was so excited! They are monstrous and the one he picked out cost almost $25! Christian cut into it that night and we all got a taste. It was an interesting fruit and there really isn't anything to compare it with. Christian said they are a lot stickier and sweeter in Brazil, but it was still fun to taste one.

On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, the kindergarteners did their annual Thanksgiving performance for the residents at the care center. They always sing the cutest songs for them.

Carson has had a few more wrestling tournaments and finally won his first ribbon a the Greybull tournament. I stayed home with a sick Landon, so I was sad I didn't get to watch him! They have one more tournament this weekend and then it is their conference.

| This is how Landon felt about wrestling that day! |
We ALL currently have a cold of some degree. And it hasn't been fun! Landon made sure he was set with Kleenex for his runny nose one day while he watched tv on our bed.
I came downstairs to get the boys into bed, and found Landon asleep sitting on the floor. His poor little body was just too worn out!
Landon has really been into drawing family pictures lately. He will draw them on sticky notes and leave them all over the house as surprises for everyone. These are the ones he drew on Sunday and taped to the wall next to the Christmas tree. The top one, he informed me, is Santa going down the chimney. The bottom one is my favorite to date! We are all standing on eachother's shoulders!
