We have had a busy Easter break this year. The kids got out of school early on Wednesday of last week and go back on Tuesday. Travis is in full swing of baseball and has had practice every evening. He is on his best friend, Rocco's team (who's dad is the coach and also our neighbor). They are kind enough to take him to and from practice every day for us!
Wednesday(actually before the big boys got out of school), we started the break with an Easter Egg hung and brunch at the Hendershot's house. We made omlets in a bag for brunch and then kids ate scrambled eggs along with fruit. It was a beautiful day, which made it fun to sit around outside with friends and enjoy the sunshine.

Thursday, we went over to Powell to hang out with Grandma Foulger for the day. We went out for pizza, went and rode bikes/walked at Homesteader park and then went back to her house for a treat.
Friday, we went to the gym in morning for Zumba and some basketball for a bit before Travis had to be back for baseball practice. While he was away at practice, we took Landon over to the middle school for an Easter egg hunt. There weren't very many kids in his age group and he was probably one of the oldest, so he came away with quite a few eggs. We got ready for the day, packed Carson up for an 11 year old scout camp out while we waited for Travis to get back from practice.

Once Travis was home, we ate some lunch and then finally got around to dying the Easter eggs. Landon took the longest this year and we had lots of great looking eggs!
Travis went to a friend's house and I decided to take Carson and Landon over the art studio to paint some pottery. We got home, got Travis and took Carson out the camp out. He had a pretty good time, but missed having his best friends there to hang out with.
When Christian got home, we decided since it was a nice night, that we would head out for our first fishing trip of the year. We grabbed some pulled pork sandwiches from Hawg Heaven on our way out and made a picnic out of it! Christian was the only one to catch anything, but it was fun to be outside.

Saturday, we worked outside in the yard most of the day. Late afternoon, we headed to Powell for Easter dinner with grandpa and grandma Foulger who were leaving Easter Sunday on a trip.
