On our way home

Sunday was our departure day, but not until that evening. We spent the morning packing all our bags up. Check out time was 12, so once our bags were packed, we took them to grandpa and grandma's room (who were staying a few extra days) and then we checked out. We drove down to Lahiana to do some shopping and to walk around. Landon had been looking for a ukulele the entire trip and he was finally able to buy one. He was one happy guy. Carson decided to get a necklace that looked the Maui's fish hook from the movie Moana. Travis got a similar one and a shirt. We had some amazing shave ice that had ice cream and sweet and condensed milk in it. YUMMY! We walked around a few more shops and around 2, we left with Jason and Cassie to head back to the resort and load up our belongings. We grabbed some Panda Express for dinner before heading to the airport. Our flight left at 9 that night. I'm pretty sure that no one slept on the first flight, but we all tried our hardest. We got into Denver about 6 in the morning, grabbed something little for breakfast and then got on our last flight home. Everyone slept on that short flight. Once we were in Billings, we ran an errand and then headed home. It was actually a really nice day and the snow was melting. The next day, it turned cold and SNOWED quite a bit! Made me sure grateful for the time I got to spend in the sunshine!

The boys enjoying their snow cones!

This was the snow we got Wednesday after we returned. I had to take the picture to send to my mom and dad who were still enjoying the warmth and sunshine of Hawaii!
