School pictures

The boys got their school pictures back a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't super happy with them, so I was glad to see the ones we had taken when we had family pictures taken turned out great.

 

 

We had parent teacher conferences last night and were pleased with what their teachers had to say about them. Mrs. Winland complimented Carson on being a hard worker and his excitement to learn. He did really well on his district writing assessment and is doing great in spelling.

Not real sure what this smile is? He forgot to inform me when they were doing retakes, so I guess we're stuck with these! He'll look back on them when he's older and laugh!

 Mrs. Morrison couldn't say enough nice things about Travis. She said he is one of her above average readers and is a great example to his peers. She told us how he has really been an example to one boy, in particular, who struggles socially.  She told us how he tries to help the boy do what is right and doesn't get mad or upset when the boy isn't as nice back to him.
