Cub Scout Day Camp!

Carson spent Friday and Saturday at day camp here in Lovell. The first day was at the Visitor Center where they got to rotate around to different stations and learn different things. He said his favorite thing that day was archery, wrist rocket paintball, and shooting the bb guns.

Grandma Asay was helping with the Dances Around the world booth where they taught them how to do the Haka (?) so she was able to send me some pictures!

This was the hot air balloon the kids got to learn about. They were supposed to get to ride in it, initially, but ended up not being able to.

Saturday, I got to go with the wolves as their leader. We started with a 1.5 mile hike out by Horseshoe Bend. After the hike, we had lunch and then the boys got to play in a bounce house, water slide and swim in the lake. Carson said his favorite part was the hike.

It was a fun couple of days for Carson. He had fun doing new things and I could tell that he was worn out by the end of each day!
