Branding

Monday night for family home evening, we went out to grandpa Asay's house to help brand the last (I think) of the calves before they go to summer pasture. They didn't start until evening, so it turned into a late for the guys.

Travis had been talking all day about wanting to ride one of Grandpa's calves. He brought his bike helmet and a bull riding vest so he would be all prepared to do it!

Travis's first attempt at riding a calf. It only lasted as long as Christian could keep up with the calf.

He ended up trying to ride 4 different times through out the night! He says next time he wants his dad to let him go to see how far he can go!
