High adventure

Before I got home from girl's camp on Thursday, Carson and Travis left for the Stake young men's high adventure. They were going up on the Big Horns for a three day pack trip and had to carry all their own gear and food for the three days. They hiked several miles each day, made camp at night and then started it all over agin the next morning. Both boys had a blast and said it wasn't as hard as they made it sound like it was going to be! It was fun to listen to their stories and the highlight for them was probably seeing a baby bear while they were hiking...which scares me because that means there was a momma bear somewhere close! Yikes!!

While they were gone, we kept ourselves busy with some fishing on the mountain (we caught 40 fish between the 3 of us in about 45 minutes) and helping grandpa Asay move some cows.
