Rec basketball

Travis and Landon finished up their rec basketball leagues last night. They were kind of jipped on their season and were only able to be there for the first game and the last game because we were in quarantine. They both enjoyed the two games they had (even though Travis doesn't like to admit it) and I saw improvement. I'm sad they didn't get to play in more games, but that's how life goes some times! Landon's team won all but two of their games and the last one they lost was by 1 right at the end!

Travis' team had great success and went undefeated this season. I was glad to stuck it out and played. He REALLY didn't want to play basketball because he says it's a waste of time because he's going to wrestle in high school... I wish that he could have played in more games and see how much he could improve. He's agressive (some times a little too agressive and you see the wrestler more than a basketball player) and not afraid to physical.

Basketball ended last night, and today, Travis had his first track meet and then on Monday, he will begin baseball. There's nothing like the business of Spring!!
