Christmas happenings

December has been busy, busy busy! Here are some Christmas happenings we had so far:

The boys decorated their tree downstairs

The boys wrote their letters to Santa and we mailed them off.

We had our Ward Christmas party. We started with a great program, dinner and then Santa and a bouncy house (which was kind of crazy). The theme was the Polar Express and the kids were encouraged to wear their pj's. The kids had a blast and it was fun to spend time with our ward family!
Travis and his friends performing some stunts in front of some of the decorations.

Landon ringing his bell to welcome in a special guest (Santa).

The boys all sat on Santa's lap and had some interesting things to tell him they wanted. They were definetly being silly!
Travis told him he wanted a Lamborghini...

Landon was pretty serious about it and told him he wasnted to shed (to build a fort in) and a rock tumbler.

Carson told Santa he wanted money...
Really grandpa and grandma gave the boys bolo ties before they left to go back to Arizona. These two have sported their's a couple of times to church!

Grandma Foulger came and we baked, baked, baked all day. Making Christmas goodies with her is one of our favorite traditions at Christmas. The boys delivered as much as they could that evening after school. We finished delivering the rest the next day. I think we delivered around 22 plates this year!

We had out last cub scout den meeting...ever! We took the boys to the care center and sang to the residence there and then went back to the church and played come Christmas minute to win it games. I've had fun with the boys, but I'm not sad to see scouts go. I'm excited for the new program the church has come out with!
Singing at the care center.

Landon playing one of the games.

The Co-op had their annual Christmas party. The food and company were great this year. They had the kids sing jingle bells all together and then main office employees sang the 12 days of Christmas my Co-op gave to me song and it was hilarious!

The kids singing.

The kids going through their bags they got full of goodies.

As we were walking into the party, I noticed a train that had been graffitied with the work MONK on it, so naturally, I made Christian stop and take a picture next to it (Monk is his middle name...his mom's maiden name).
