Busy weekend!

This last weekend was sure a busy one. We spent all of Friday in Cody watching Travis play baseball with the Colt traveling team. They won both of their games that day, beating Cody and Sheridan. Both games we came from behind to win!

Satuday was crazy. Christian, Carson and Landon left in the morning to head out to Grandpa Asay's house to help brand and bleed cows.

Travis and I left at the same time to head to Cowley for Cub Scout Day camp. Travis wasn't very happy to have to go (he would have rathered been playing baseball), but I had to be there as a leader, so I made him go. His mood got better once he found another friend from Cowley to hang out with him and his other friend and they got into their activities. He ended up having a great time and really enjoyed it. His favorite station was the giant water balloon sling shot. They also got to shoot bb guns, sling shots, bow and arrows, play water balloon volleyball, build boats and race them, identify fish, and try to sind plastic boats with marbles.
With his friends Sam and Joaquin.

At this station, the boys had to see how many marbles they could drop into their boat before it sank. They couldn't touch the edge of the pool or go below the top of the pool to drop them. Travis rocked their station and won the competition twice. His best was 8 marbles, but he ran out of marbles before it actually sank.

This was Travis's favorite station. Their team took second and were entered into a drawing for one of the 5 sling shots. He was stoked to find out that he had won one of the sling shots!

Travis and I left a little early from day camp so that he could make it to Cody in time to play with the Colts in the championship game. Christian left branding early to come and rode up with grandma and grandpa Foulger to watch. They played against Cody and beat them 14-4 (the game got done early because of a run mercy rule).
It rained the entire Championship game...hard. But we stuck it out under the umbrella.

Colts!

The team stayed for a bit to cheer on the older boys, who also took first.

Sunday, we visited both of our dads to celebrate father's day with them. We are so blessed to have great father's in our lives!
