The boys went back to school on Wednesday and were quite sad about it. They had a great Christmas break! I think they liked that they could stay in their pj's all day if we didn't have anything planned that day the most about break!
Carson spend just about any spare time putting together legos. I think he put together 8 different sets! He got to go on his birthday date with grandma Foulger to spend the money they gave him for his birthday. They shopped, ate at China Buffet, shopped some more and then got ice cream at Dairy Queen for dessert. He had a blast!

Travis has a new hobby of making bracelets and keychains with paracord. Uncle Jason taught him how to do it and now he makes up his own. He decided he wanted to make Christian a keychain to go with the keys to his (new to us) truck he got about a month ago.
We had a super fun New Year's Eve. We started our celebrating out at Grandpa and Grandma Asay's house with finger foods and good company. Around 9 we made our way over to our friends house, the Shumways, where we rang in the new year with a bunch of friends and their families.

The kids played wii in the basement and hung out with their friends, while the adults chatted and played games upstairs. One of our friends made a special New Years drink for everyone to have to ring in the new year with.

Shortly after ringing in the new year, the group sang Happy Birthday to Christian since it was now his birthday! It was a pretty loud but good singing of the song!
New Year's day, a.k.a Christian's birthday, we fried up Oliebollen, dutch donuts that come from my Grandma Savage, for breakfast. After breakfast, Christian opened his gifts and we hung out until it was time to head to Lovell Lake to hand out with our friends, the Hessenthallers.

Hessenthallers had a bon fire all ready to go, ice skating, ice fishing, a 4-wheeler with sleds and food for everyone to enjoy. It was a fun day spend on the ice with some friends.

Travis really wanted to try ice fishing since he had never done it before. They didn't have much luck because there was so much grass in the water.
All three boys tried ice skating. Carson had done it before, but it Landon and Travis's first time doing it.

The missionaries built up a little mound for the boys to sled down, which turned into tryin to snowboard down.

That night, we dropped the boys off at Grandpa and Grandma Foulger's house and made our way over to Cody for dinner at the Proud Cut to celebrate Christian's birthday and our anniversary (which was the next day). It was delicious!

Wow, I never realized you had so much to celebrate over the new years. Happy birthday to Christian and Happy Anniversary!
