Us, lately!

We haven't been doing anything too exciting lately, but here is some of what our phone cameras have caught!

I finally finished putting together my chevron sign. Yes, I am aware that my stripes are not the same distance apart...we had a heck of a time trying to figure it all out. I've decided that painting chevron stripes is WAY over rated!!

Landon got a new pair of muck boots and was super excited about them. His new favorite thing to do is give a thumbs up when we really likes something!

Landon and I started tearing down the white trim that was in our master bedroom in preparation for some new paint and bedroom furniture.  We are still in the process of trying to get out a few last nails...man those things are in there good. We are hoping to paint in the next few days once they are all out!

 Landon has been working on using the potty this last week. It's a very slow process but we are making progress...at least he doesn't plank and go all stiff when I try to put him on the pot! We got to go get ice cream this week to celebrate pooing on the toilet! He gave our lunch date a thumbs up! It was fun to sit with him and talk about things that were going on around us. He is such a funny kid and melts my heart!

Christian sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers the other just because! They certainly brightened my day!

 Carson had his last flag football game last Saturday. The got to play against Cowley on their high school football field...which was really cool to him! They won their game (after starting 45 minutes late!). He had lots of fun and progressively got more aggressive as the games went.

We have been trying to enjoy the beautiful fall weather by hitting the park and playing outside with friends too. We have been spoiled with mid 70's for the last couple of weeks, and I hope it holds out until Halloween!
