For family home evening last night, we went on a hunt to find some asparagus. We must have timed it right this year because we found quite a bit. Last year we went later in the year and didn't have as much success. The first couple of places we tried, we didn't find anything. Once we made it over to our tried and true spots, we were able to find a good bunch. We wished it hadn't been so windy so we could have enjoyed walking around some more, but being together and seeing the boys so excited about it and enjoying the outdoors warmed my heart!
