First Cattle drive of the summer!

Today we helped Grandpa Asay move his cows home from the May place. The boys are always excited to help. This year, Travis didn't want to ride a horse, at first, because he was still scared from when Carson fell off his horse this winter. After some convincing from his dad, he rode for a while until Grandpa came with the 4-wheeler and then he jumped on with him. This year, the cows moved really well and it only took a couple of hours compared to other years! We had some sandwiches for lunch as we waited to make sure no calves tried to turn back and head back to the May place. Now here is picture overload from the day!

Landon lugged around this big stick while we were eating some lunch.

We were able to get the cows home before the rain against the mountains made it's way towards us.

Two cute boys!
After we got the cows to their new spot, Carson had a great time just riding around on Chief. It was good for him to get a little confidence built up.

Oh, Travis!

This is my favorite picture of the day! I love, love, love their smiles!

One happy boy!
