Spring sports

Spring is upon us and have been full of sports. Travis and Landon finished up their USA wrestling season last Thursday with a dual in Greybull. Travis lost both of his matches (they were against kids he's wrestled and lost to before). Landon won both of his. The team was scheduled to wrestle in Worland this weekend, but Worland ended up cancelling the tournament. They both had fun this year and learned lots.

Travis participated in rec. basketball this year for the first time. We convinced him to try it and he enjoyed himself for the most part. He's always argued that he didn't want to try basketball because he was going to wrestle in high school and not play basketball. Their team had a rough time and only won one game, but I think he learned some good things. He's definitely very aggressive and is more like a basketbrawler, but hey he isn't afraid to get in there. After his last game we had 3 people come up and comment that you can definitely tell he's a wrestler!

Track season has begun and Carson had his first track meet in Cowley on Saturday. He participated in the discuss and 200. He improved from last year on his times and distances.
