Last weekend, Christian and his friend, Barry Mangus, spent the weekend fishing up at Copper Lakes in the Sunlight Basin area in hopes of catching a golden trout(they are only found in a few places in Wyoming). They drove there Friday afternoon and did a little fishing around the area and then spent the night in the back of the truck. Around 6, Saturday morning, they set out to fish in the Copper Lakes. There are 3 different lakes on the hike. They caught cut throat in the first lake and the golden trout in the second and third lakes. The hike it's self is about 4 miles straight up the mountain and took about 2.5 hours to get in there. Christian said it was the hardest hike he's ever done.

Can I just say that I love that Christian takes pictures to document his doings! Maybe him and Jason should plan a fishing adventure together!!
