Here I am again...playing catch up. We have had some beautiful weather and have loved being able to play outside, have play dates at the park and work in the yard!
The first weekend in April, Megan and Jabin flew home for a visit. They stayed with us Friday night (mom and dad were out of town). We stayed up way too late talking the night they got there. Saturday, we cooked breakfast, got ready and then decided to go for a little drive up to Big Horn Canyon Overlook.

| All of us at the overlook. |
After the overlook, we decided to drive a little farther up and headed to Barry's Landing.
 |
| A group of deer as we drove in. |
 |
| This Big Horn Sheep was right off the road and was sniffing us out pretty good. |
 |
| It was interesting to see the dirty water mixing in with the nice clean water. |
We also stopped and walked around an area that had some tipi rings before we headed to grab some lunch and then went on to Powell to spend the afternoon.
 |
| We had El Tapatio for dinner and were quite entertained by the face swap app on Megan's phone. |
Last Friday, it was supposed to be a really nice day, so Christian took the afternoon off so we could head fishing. We drove out to Pond 5 and tried to fish but had not luck. We decided since nothing was biting and some creepy guy was parked right next to us just watching, that we would head out to Zeller's Pond and try to fish there. Once again, we didn't get a bite, but the boys had lots of fun practicing their casting.

| Travis found a pole holder on the shore and decided to use it to his benefit. |

 |
| I bought my very first year fishing license this year, so I actually got to fish on my own. |
 |
| Landon was more into exploring the area than he was into the fishing. |
Fishing at Zellers
After fishing at Zeller's Pond, we had an impromptu weenie roast at Grandpa and Grandma Asay's house. It was a beautiful evening...perfect for a camp fire!
We Saturday, we worked out in the yard and took our mower over to Powell to get the blades sharpened and some other maintenance things. We stopped and helped grandpa Foulger clean up Great Grandpa Foulger's yard and then grabbed some lunch together. On our way home, we found that one of our friends had a 4-wheeler for sale, so we went and checked it out and ended up getting it. Christian was so excited about it that we had to load up both the 4-wheelers and headed out to the hills to ride around. We took a bag with us so we could look for asaparagus. We were able to find enough for us to have with our dinner last night.

| The boys by one of the patches we were able to find some asaparagus. |
 |
| We stopped in another spot and let the boys climb/explore some rocks. |
Travis and Landon went out to grandma Asay's house after school one day while I helped with Carson's scouts. When I got back, they had made lead ropes and were walking the sheep around.
looks like you are ready for summer...at least you are making me excited for it!
