The boys were out of school Thursday, so we thought it would be fun to have an Easter egg hunt with our cousins. We had lunch first (wraps, veggies and dip, fruit and dip, salad and egg rice crispies) and then sent the kids out to find eggs.

That night, we had grandpa and grandma Foulger over for dinner and then dyed eggs. I boiled 4 dozen eggs and grandma brought 2 dozen eggs, so the boys got to help dye 2 dozen each. In the past, they have always zipped through their eggs, but this year, they were very methodical and took their time.

When we were taking his picture, it looked like he was posing for his mug shots, so we made him turn to the side too to take his pictures.

Now we have lots of eggs for egg salad sandwiches, pickled eggs (yuck) and potato salad!
Love the mug shots! That's a lot of hard boiled eggs!!
