This last Thursday, we took off for Kentucky to see my youngest brother get married! How he is all of a sudden old enough to get married, I'm not sure! I can remember bribing him to let me kiss his soft little cheeks when he was still little! Wednesday night, we traveled up to Billings to stay the night before we flew out Thursday morning. Our flight left at 6:30 that morning...making for a really early morning for us. We flew to Salt Lake where we met up with my sister Megan and her husband Jabin and from there we made the three hour flight to the Northern Kentucky Airport. We were greeted at the car rental place by my parents who were picking up Megan and Jabin while we got our car. We hadn't eaten lunch so we decided we would try some famous chili dogs from Kentucky. We enjoyed our little chili dogs and then hurried back to our hotel to change and then we met up with Jason, Cassie and her family for the rehearsal dinner. After dinner, we grabbed some super good ice cream for dessert.

Friday was the day of the wedding, but the wedding wasn't until 7 that night. So, to fill our day, we started out by checking out Turfway Park, a horse race track right behind our hotel. Each morning, they exercise and work the race horses, so we thought it would be fun to watch them.
| Watching the horses on the track. |
| Some of the trainers and their horses. |
| None of the horses went all out, but when they did run by it was cool to hear the thunder of their hooves! We wish we would have been able to see an actual race while we were there! |
| Our family (yes...in our pj's) at the track. |
| Auntie Butts doing her best to help keep the boys warm. |
After watching the horses for a while, we decided to let the boys swim for a bit. They really wanted to the night before, but we were too tired to take them.
After swimming, and while my mom was getting her hair done, the rest of us went and walked around the mall for a bit. There was a two story carousel that the boys got to ride on.
| Travis and I on the carousel. |
| A look at the whole carousel. |
| We stayed in the town of Florence and this was their water tower. I just thought what it said was funny! |
After the mall, we grabbed 5 Guys burgers and fries for lunch and went to the park to eat and to let the kids play. The burgers were super delicious and the boys really enjoyed being able to get down and play! After lunch, we headed back for naps and to get ready for the wedding.
| Enjoying some yummy lunch! |
| Landon LOVED the burgers too! He ate Christian's hamburger instead of his hot dog! |
Jason and Cassie's wedding was held outside at the British Carriage House. It was BEAUTIFUL! Kentucky, itself was beautiful too! It was so green and there were trees everywhere! We quite liked it!

| Our little family before the wedding. |
| Travis took a picture of the countryside while we were waiting for the ceremony to start. |
| Here are my Grandparents walking down as the ceremony was starting. |

| Yay...they are married! |

| With the Foulger parentals! |
| Megan and I watching them take some pictures. |
| Landon had a great time playing peek-a-boo behind this tree while we waited to take some pictures. |
After the ceremony and pictures, there was a reception with dinner. We had delicious bbq beed sandwiches, beans, macaroni and cheese (we had it a lot while we were in Kentucky and really liked it), cole slaw and fruit salad.
| My mom and dad after they were introduced at the reception. |
| My aunt and uncle and one of their kids and her family came from Chicago to the wedding. It was fun to spend time with them while they were there. |
| Cutting the cake. They were very nice to each other and no one got messy! |
| Aw! |
| Their first dance together as husband and wife! |
| Mother/son dance! |
| My boys really enjoyed the cupcake frosting! |
| My mom and her sister, Arlene. |
| Smile! |
Saturday, we had made plans with my aunt and her crew to head to the Cincinnati Zoo. The weather was perfect...cloudy, not hot, and not too humid! We did the "whole experience" and did the zoo, 4-D movie, train and carousel. They kids loved every minute of it!
| The whole group waiting to get in. |
| My boys waiting to go in! |
| Carson and I before the 4-D movie started. It was just like watching a 3-D movie, but they sprayed you with water and your seat moved and there were things under your seat that tickled your legs. It was really quite cool. |
| Landon's favorite was the elephant. He called every animal "tow" (cow). |
| Strolling on Dad's shoulders. |
| Jabin and the giraffes. |
| The two older boys really liked the cheetah. This female is supposedly the fastest recorded on on earth. |
| The white lion was cool too. |
| Here we are on the carousel...and Megan photo bombing our picture! |
| The guys handing out. |
| Carson thought touching this snake was so cool...I thought it was gross! |
| Here we are on the train. I think this was Landon's favorite part. He sat like such a big boy through the whole thing and lOVED all the animals. |
| Here he is checking out the ducks. |
That night for dinner, we headed back to Cincinnati for dinner at the Montgomery Inn for some bbq. My uncle had been there previously for some work and said it was great food, and it was!
| Landon was feeding his cow during dinner. I guess he thought it looked hungry. |
| We drove over the Ohio river to get there. |
| Headed back to Kentucky after dinner. |
| On the way home, the boys were asked twice if they wanted to come in with the pilots and see what they did. The first time we were getting off a flight, so Carson said no. The second time, we were getting on our last flight of the trip. They got to see all the lights and even got some pilot wings! They felt super special and loved it! |
We had a very enjoyable time and were so glad that we got to be there to celebrate Jason and Cassie's special day!
