Spring like weekend!

Last week we got to have a taste of Spring. It was in the mid 60's for a few days and we ate it up! The boys loved being able to play outside until it was almost dark. Sadly, we woke up to snow flurries on Sunday, but nothing stuck.

Travis and Landon spent quite a bit of time digging in a small dirt pile at the back of our property.

We got the slide our for Landon to play on. It didn't take long for the bigger boys to want to play on it either.

It was so nice that we grilled for the first time since last summer.

On Saturday, we met up with Michael and Emily and their kids and Daniel and Kasi to do some shooting up passed Daniel's house. Daniel ended up getting called out to work and didn't get to join in on the fun. It was a bit windy, but we all had a good time! The kids were in heaven playing with their cousins in the dirt.

The kids played so good in the ditch. I wish I would have thought to bring our sand toys with us.

My two older boys love to collect the empty bullet casings. I guess Landon has picked up on the fun too.
