Landon's baptism

Since Landon's baptism was on a Wednesday this year, we decided to hold his baptism the next day.

 It was a special day for him. He was baptized and confirmed by Christian and we had lots of family and friends there to share in his special day. My favorite part was being able to watch Landon be baptized by Christian and have both of his brothers be the witnesses. The new changes about who could be witnesses at baptisms (any baptized member of the church can do it...youth, women or men) came out the day before and Landon was excited to get to have his brothers. It made my mom heart so happy and the spirit was so strong! 

After the baptism, we had some dessert and visited with our family members and friends that were there.

My three boys! What a neat experience to be able to have his brothers take part in his baptism.

We are so proud of Landon and his decision to be baptized. He is a great young man who strives to do what is right! I am so thankful for my membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and grateful for a righteous priesthood holder in our home that could perform these sacred ordinances. These boys are lucky to have Christian as their example.
